Further, Arthur serves as a Senior Fellow with American University Washington College of Law’s Tech, Law & Security Program (TLS), and Adam Pearlman was recently promoted from Visiting Fellow to Fellow at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School’s National Security Institute (NSI).
