Further, Arthur serves as a Senior Fellow with American University Washington College of Law’s Tech, Law & Security Program (TLS), and Adam Pearlman was recently promoted from Visiting Fellow to Fellow at George Mason University Antonin Scalia Law School’s National Security Institute (NSI).

In addition to what goes on in the classroom, Lexpat’s team shares their expertise in the public domain via their featured analysis on podcasts and panels, and in numerous publications.  Selections from the past year include:

• Joan Hodge: Is the author of Mitigating Against the Risk of Intellectual Property Theft in China.
• Adam Pearlman: Featured speaker on the American Bar Association’s National Security Law Today podcast discussing current security law and policy challenges, and a frequent contributor to NSI’s SCIF blog featuring analysis and opinion on a range of national and international security law and policy issues facing policymakers. He is also the Editor-in-Chief of The U.S. Intelligence Community Law Sourcebook and ranks in the top 10% of downloaded authors on the Social Science Research Network.
• Kurt Donnelly: Featured guest by the Washington Foreign Law Society for a “fireside chat,” during which he discussed his experiences as a diplomat, international cooperation, and climate change.
• Nate Charles: Is the proprietor of The CLS Video Library, which currently includes information concerning enforcement practices related to The Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS).
• Arthur Traldi: Arthur’s expansive list of engagements and publications include serving on multiple panels for the American Bar Association’s Section of International Law, including Using Open-Source Information to Document War Crimes in Ukraine and Beyond ; speaking on international courts at the American Red Cross’ International Humanitarian Law program; American University TLS programs on Platform-Enabled Crimes, and requests for social media evidence; a Stimson Center Atrocity Prevention Working Group event concerning international tribunal precedents; and other panels about ICC decisions and Holocaust restitution. He also has published articles for the respected Lawfare blog and IJL’s Justice Magazine, and authored a chapter on prosecuting atrocity crimes by terrorist groups in an upcoming book.
