Testimony at the invitation of HFAC Chairman Rep. Ed Royce arguing for maintaining the P5+1 nuclear accord with Iran while acting against Iran’s non-nuclear threats.  The advice was superseded the same day by President Trump’s announcement of the US withdrawal from the Joint Comprehensive Program of Action with Iran.
